Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

View Approval Cases Subtask

Use this subtask to view all completed or pending cases (instances) of the approval workflow.

Table Window

Field Description
Approval Screen This field displays the Open link. Click this link to load the specific application screen where the workflow case is running or completed.
Status This field displays the status of the approval workflow.
Start User ID Once the approval workflow has started, the ID of the user who initiated it displays in this field.
Start Time This field displays the date and time the approval workflow was initiated.
Completion Time This field displays the date and time the approval workflow was completed.
Audit This field displays the complete audit information about the approval workflow when you click the Load Detailed Flow button.
Test Case If selected, this check box indicates that the workflow case is running or is completed as a test case.
Load Detailed Flow Click this button to load details about the individual case in the workflow. When you click this button, the Audit field is automatically populated.
