Use the fields and options to configure the Manage Insurance Carrier Information screen.
Identification

Enter a new insurance carrier ID or use Query to locate an existing carrier ID. |
| Name |
Enter the name of the insurance carrier that corresponds to the Insurance Carrier ID. If you used Query to select a carrier in the Insurance Carrier field, the insurance carrier's name displays in this field. |
Contact Information
Deltek recommends that you use these optional fields to track useful contact information. If you used Query to select a carrier in the Insurance Carrier field, these fields populate with contact information for the carrier.
