Contents of the My Approval Tasks Screen
Use the table windows to know more information about your approval tasks.
My Approval Tasks
Use this table window to view approval workflow details associated with your approval tasks. You can use Query to narrow the information displayed on the table or to find specific records.
| Field | Description |

| Approval Screen | Click Open to access the screen containing the approval step you need to accomplish. |
| Workflow Name | This field displays the approval workflow name assigned to the approval screen where you need to accomplish the approval step. |
| Step | This field displays the name of the outstanding approval step assigned to you. |
| Task Start Time | If the approval step has been started but not completed yet, this field displays the date and time the step was initiated. |
| Role | This field displays the role permitted to execute the approval step. |
| Escalate Role | This field displays the role who must complete the approval step when the step exceeds the estimated number of hours for completion. |
| Status | This field displays the status of the approval step. The status can be In-Process, Escalated, or Delegated. |
| Instructions | This field displays specific instructions on how to complete the approval step. |
| Expected Duration | This field displays the number of hours allotted to complete the approval step. |
| Additional Time | This field displays the number of additional hours, if any, that is allowed to complete the approval step. |
| Escalate Time | This field displays the date and time the approval step was escalated. |
| WF Start Time | This field displays the date and time the approval workflow associated with the approval step was initiated. |
| Start User | This field displays the name of the user who initiated the approval workflow. |
| Delegate Time | This field displays the date and time the approval step was delegated. |
Table Window
When you select a task in My Approval Tasks, this table window displays the entity and screen fields of the approval screen associated with the task you selected.
