Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

My Approval Tasks

Use this screen to view the details of the approval tasks assigned to you and access the applications where you need to complete the approval tasks or steps.

Approval steps are defined and assigned to specific Costpoint applications on the Approval Workflow Models screen. Only those steps that you have not completed yet display on the My Approval Tasks screen. You can access this screen even if you have no approval tasks due or if you are not associated with any approval role set up on the Approval Roles screen, but no records will be displayed.

Note: This application displays only approval workflow tasks associated with new workflow models created using the Approval Workflow Models screen (Administration > Workflow > Approval Workflow (NEW) > Approval Workflow Models). It does not display any tasks related to old workflows.
