Contents of the Manage OCI Reviewer Screen

Use the fields and options to configure the Manage OCI Reviewer screen.

Table Window

Use this table window to view and/or enter OCI reviewers. Click New to add a new line.

Field Description
OCI Reviewer ID

Enter, or click to select, the employee ID of the OCI reviewer. This employee must already exist in Costpoint. After you enter or select a value in this field, the OCI Reviewer Name field is automatically populated.

Once the reviewer ID is used in Manage Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI), you will not be able to delete it on this screen.

OCI Reviewer Name This field displays the employee name of the OCI reviewer. If you have not entered or selected an employee ID in OCI Reviewer ID, enter, or click to select, the employee name of the OCI reviewer in this field.
Show in Lookup

This check box is selected by default, but you can modify it. Keep it selected to display the OCI reviewer in the lookup of the Reviewed By field on the Manage Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI) screen. Only those OCI reviewer IDs that are available in the lookup can be used for new records in Manage Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI).

If you clear this check box for an ID that was already used in an existing record in Manage Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI), you will still be able to save that record as long as you do not replace the OCI reviewer ID for that record.
