Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Print Contracts by Administrator Report

Use this screen to print the Contracts by Administrator Report. This report displays contract information by contract administrator for the contracts in the selected range of contract statuses, contract types, and contract vehicles.

The data in the report includes awarded and funded contract values, subtotaled by each contract administrator. It also contains the contract status, contract type, task order number, and an indicator if the contract is at risk. Use this report in assessing the status and workload of the contract team.

You can include inactive contracts in the report and have the option to sort the report by administrator ID or administrator name.

Note: This application is available only if you are licensed for CRM & Contracts.
