  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Employee Detail Subtask for PLC Labor Summary Subtask

Use this subtask to view hours and amounts charged by employees to the selected PLC and subperiod.

You must create the Project Labor Summary Report table before viewing this subtask.

Selection Criteria

Field Description
Rate Type

This non-editable field displays the rate type from the main screen.

Fiscal Year

This non-editable field displays the fiscal year that you entered when you created the project report table.

Period

This non-editable field displays the period that you entered when you created the project report table.

Subperiod

This non-editable field displays the subperiod that you entered when you created the project report table.

Project

This non-editable field displays a project number for the project. The project name displays in the field to the right.

Org

This non-editable field displays either the owning or performing organization of the project, depending on the selection made in the main screen.

PLC

This non-editable field displays the selected Project Labor Category.

PLC Employee Detail Child

The table window displays employee hours and amounts charged to the PLC. This information is displayed for the subperiod, period, YTD, and ITD as of the subperiod selected from the main screen. If you used the Vendor Labor subtask of the Manage Accounts Payable Vouchers screen or the Vendor Labor subtask of the Manage Purchase Order Vouchers screen to record vendor hours, they are reflected in these amounts as well. For clients with weekly subperiods and weekly timesheets, each row of this table reflects employee charges to the selected Project, Org, and PLC at the timesheet level. Labor Suppression is in effect for this screen. Hours and amounts incurred in the current year for the selected Project, Org, and PLC are displayed at the bottom.

Field Description
Name

This non-editable field displays the employee name.

Subperiod Hours

This non-editable field displays the subperiod hours for this employee and PLC.

Subperiod Amount

This non-editable field displays the subperiod amount by employee and PLC.

Period Hours

This non-editable field displays the period hours for this employee and PLC.

Period Amount

This non-editable field displays the period amount by employee and PLC.

YTD Hours

This non-editable field displays the year-to-date hours for this employee and PLC.

YTD Amount

This non-editable field displays the year-to-date amount by employee and PLC.

ITD Hours

This non-editable field displays the inception-to-date hours for this employee and PLC.

ITD Amount

This non-editable field displays the inception-to-date amount by employee and PLC.
