  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Security Subtask

Use this subtask to enter the vendor employee security.

Field Description
US Citizen

Select this check box if the vendor employee is a citizen of the United States.

ITAR Status

This group box is available when you select the US Citizen check box. Select the option that is applicable for the vendor employee that is related to his or her International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) status.

Field Description
U.S. Person Authorized for ITAR

Select this option if the vendor employee is a US Citizen authorized to do ITAR transactions.

Foreign Person with U.S. Dept of State Authorization/Special Exemption

Select this check box if the vendor employee is authorized by the U.S. Department of State for ITAR transactions or has special exemption.

Not Authorized

Select this option if the vendor employee is not authorized to do ITAR transactions.

Not Applicable

Select this option if the ITAR status is not applicable to the vendor employee.
