Manage Subcontracts
Use this screen to set up and maintain subcontract information.
Manage Subcontracts allows you to track the percent of subcontract value to total contract value as well as the amount of remaining funding. It also has fields and options that let you create and/or update subcontract modifications, and evaluate subcontractor performance.
You can link subcontracts to opportunities, contracts, and projects. You can also link and view requisitions and purchase orders associated with subcontracts. You can specify subcontract classification and track subcontract requirements, including 8A, Cost Accounting Standards, and incurred cost submission reporting requirements. In addition, you can manage Federal Acquisition Regulation and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation clauses that flow down from the contract to the subcontract.
This screen has the following tabs:
- General: Use this tab to enter, edit, or review general information about the subcontract.
- Subcontract Info: Use this tab to specify regulations and security and business requirements that apply to the subcontract.
- Requisitions: Use this tab to view the requisitions associated with the subcontract. You can also initiate requisitions from this tab.
- Purchase Orders: Use this tab to view the purchase orders associated with the subcontract. You can also initiate purchase orders from this tab.
- Modifications: Use this tab to enter and track subcontract modifications.
- Scope of Work: Use this tab to specify the scope of work for the subcontract.
- Supplier/Vendor Rating: Use this tab to assign or review ratings for the subcontractor associated with the subcontract.
- Notes: Use this tab to enter notes and any other information about the subcontract.
