Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Use the fields and options to configure the Configure NASA 533 Fiscal Years  screen.

Field Description
Fiscal Year

Enter, or click to select, a valid fiscal year. You must have first established the years in Costpoint General Ledger before they are available for selection in this screen.

533 Year

Enter the two-character code to appear on the 533 reports for this fiscal year. Usually this is the last two digits of the fiscal year.

Load

Click this button to automatically load all the fiscal years that have been defined in Costpoint General Ledger. The 533 Year column displays the last two characters of the fiscal year. You can modify this table after it is loaded. This button is available only if the table is empty.
