Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

User-Defined Values Subtask

Use this subtask to enter user-defined values for a case label.

The values you enter are included in the complete list of valid values for the label and will be available in Lookup. Validation and Lookup for the case labels is available in the Manage Workflow Role filters or Manage Workflow Cases screen, and the Complete Activity subtask.

This screen is available only if you selected the User-Defined option from the Valid Values drop-down box in the Manage Workflow Case Labels screen.

This field displays the currently selected case label in the Manage Workflow Case Labels screen.

Use this field to enter a relevant value for this label. For example, if you have a case label called Regional Office, you may enter one of the following: Atlanta GA, Baltimore MD, Washington DC, etc.
