The billable flag controls the ability to set up the Project Bill Info and Revenue Info subtasks for the project.

Costpoint displays an error message stating that the project is not billable if you attempt to set up these screens when you have not selected the Billable Project check box. This flag does not prevent the project from being billed but controls the setup of the revenue and billing screens. The flag defaults to a checked status.
