Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Opportunities Subtask

Use this subtask to view information on opportunities associated with the employee.

Table Window

Field Description
Opportunity ID This field displays the ID of the opportunity associated with the employee. This field displays as a hyperlink that you can use to open the Manage Opportunities screen and access additional information about the opportunity.
Opportunity Name This field displays the opportunity name.
Stage This field displays the stage of the opportunity.
Role This field displays the role assigned to the employee as set up on the Opportunity Employee Team subtask on the Manage Opportunities screen.
Description This field displays the description of the opportunity.
Project This field displays the ID of the project linked to the opportunity. This field displays as a hyperlink that you can use to open the Manage Project User Flow screen and access additional information about the project.
Project Name This field displays the project name.
