Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Validated Text Subtask

Use this subtask of the Manage Organization User-Defined Labels screen to set up valid values for each of the validated text labels.

You can access this subtask only if Validated Text is selected in the highlighted row on the main screen.

You must set up the labels or validated text for user-defined fields here for them to be available on the Manage Organization User-Defined Information screen. Although you can set them up at any time, you should, for more complete project information, set them up before you set up any organizations.

Note: For each row on the main screen for which Validated Text is selected, you must set up at least one valid value. If you do not, you cannot make an entry for that user-defined label on the Manage Organization User-Defined Information screen.

Field Description
Text

Enter a valid value for the user-defined label. You can have as many valid values as you need for each validated text label.

Description

Enter an optional description for each of the valid text values. This description displays along with the valid text value when you use Lookup for the label on the Manage Organization User-Defined Information screen.
