Roles Subtask

Use this subtask of the View Work Assignment Status screen to view roles assigned to vendor employees and employees who are assigned functional roles in Deltek Time & Expense for approval of timesheets.

All fields are display-only and cannot be edited.

Field Description
Work Assignment ID

This field displays the work assignment ID.

Work Assignment Description

This field displays the work assignment description.

Approval Status

This field displays the approval status of the work assignment.

Vendor

This field displays the vendor number to which the purchase order (PO) is issued.

PO ID

This field displays the PO ID.

Release

This field displays the release number for the PO.

Role

This field displays the work assignment role assigned to a vendor employee.

Role Description

This field displays the role description.

Vendor Employee ID

This field displays the vendor employee ID for which this role is assigned.

Note: A vendor employee can be assigned to multiple roles but a vendor employee and employee cannot be assigned to the same role.
Vendor Employee Name

This field displays the vendor employee name.

Employee ID

This field displays the employee ID for which this role is assigned.

Note: An employee can be assigned to multiple roles but a vendor employee and employee cannot be assigned to the same role.
Employee Name

This field displays the employee name.
