GovWin IQ Added By Subtask

Use this subtask to view information on employees who marked the opportunity in GovWin IQ for import into Costpoint.

Records marked for import in GovWin IQ will be downloaded upon running the GovWin IQ integration if they do not already exist in Costpoint for the target Costpoint company. In the event that the opportunity is unmarked in GovWin IQ after being downloaded, the opportunity will not be deleted in Costpoint. It is up to you to manually delete this record in Costpoint, or select the Do Not Refresh check box on the GovWin IQ subtask.

Records come from GovWin IQ or can be manually entered on this subtask. You cannot delete records that come from GovWin IQ. You can create additional records using the New button, and you can also delete these records. Records that are manually entered on this subtask are not updated or replaced by the GovWin IQ integration process.

Field Description
GovWin IQ ID

This field displays the GovWin IQ login ID of the employee who marked the opportunity in GovWin IQ for import into Costpoint.

For Manual or new records, click to select the GovWin IQ login ID of the employee who also recommended the opportunity but did not tag the opportunity record in GovWin IQ.

First Name

This field displays the first names of all employees who clicked the link in GovWin IQ to import this opportunity into Costpoint. An opportunity can be imported multiple times.

For Manual or new records, enter the first name of the employee who also recommended the opportunity but did not tag the opportunity record in GovWin IQ.

Last Name

This field displays the last names of all employees who clicked the link in GovWin IQ to import this opportunity into Costpoint.

For Manual or new records, enter the last name of the employee who also recommended the opportunity but did not tag the opportunity record in GovWin IQ.

Employee ID

This field displays the employee ID, if possible, of the employee who marked the opportunity in GovWin IQ for import into Costpoint. This field will populate on import from GovWin IQ if the import is able to match the GovWin IQ ID to the GovWin IQ ID in Manage Employee Information and populate with the corresponding value. If unable to match the GovWin IQ IDs, this field will be null.

For Manual or new records, enter, or click to select, a valid employee ID.

Source This field displays GovWin IQ for records that come from GovWin IQ or Manual for records that are manually entered on this subtask.
