Projects Subtask

Use this subtask to link projects to the organizational conflict of interest (OCI) record.

You can manually enter conflicting projects on this subtask. You can also click the Load button to have Costpoint automatically populate the table window with the project entered on the main screen of Manage Organization Conflict of Interest (OCI).

You can link multiple projects to an OCI record. Once you enter a project ID or use the Load function, Costpoint automatically populates the other fields with values for the project(s).

Click New to add a new line.

Table Window

Field Description
Project

Enter, or click to select, the project ID that you want to link to the OCI record.

After you save the record, the project ID displays as a hyperlink that you can click to open the Manage Project User Flow screen and view additional information about the project.

Project Name This field displays the project name.
Primary Customer This field displays the primary customer linked to the project. Only active customers can be displayed in this field.
Company ID This field displays the company assigned to the project.
Project Start Date This field displays the project start date.
Project End Date This field displays the project end date.
Active If selected, this check box indicates that the project is active for charging purposes.
Load Click this button to have Costpoint automatically populate the table window with the project entered in the Project Number field on the Manage Organization Conflict of Interest (OCI) main screen. This process displays lower levels of the project in the table window if the Apply to All Lower Level Project check box is selected on the main screen. In addition, only those project IDs with the same prime contract number as the one indicated on the main screen are displayed in the table window,
