Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Vendor Employees Subtask

Use this subtask to view vendor employees of the subcontractor associated with the subcontract.

Vendor employees that display on this subtask are those linked to the subcontractor entered in the Subcontractor/Vendor ID field on the General tab of Manage Subcontracts.

Table Window

Field Description
Vendor Employee ID This field displays the ID of the vendor employee linked to the subcontractor.
Vendor Employee Name This field displays the name of the vendor employee.
Title This field displays the title of the vendor employee.
Cell Phone This field displays the mobile phone number of the vendor employee.
Office Phone This field displays the office phone number of the vendor employee.
Email This field displays the email address of the vendor employee.
