Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Data Selection

The Export Asset Records application prints an edit report and generates a delimited ASCII file that includes:

  • All Asset No/Item No asset master data records that are currently referenced on the screen — As part of that process, all records in the application's tables associated with a previously Saved or Saved and Retrieved Batch ID on the screen will be deleted from the application’s tables when the export process is complete.
  • No records will be exported if the Non-Contiguous Asset List is empty. This will include the situation where you entered, or clicked to select, a Batch ID value but have not yet clicked Retrieve Batch.
