Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Contents of the Manage Asset Master Field Labels Screen

Use the fields and options to configure the Manage Asset Master Field Labels screen.

Location Labels for Asset Master

Use the fields in this group box to set up labels for the three optional location "buckets". The system requires a default unique label in each field prior to saving the screen.

You can choose to set up labels on this screen independently, on a field-by-field basis, as desired. There is no requirement to add labels sequentially.

Field Description
Location 1 Label

Enter the label name that should display for this location field in Asset Master/Asset Template records. For example, "Building".

Location 2 Label

Enter the label name that should display for this location field in Asset Master/Asset Template records. For example, "Room".

Location 3 Label

Enter the label name that should display for this location field in Asset Master/Asset Template records. For example, "Bin/Drawer".

Govt Labels for Asset Master

Use the fields in this group box to set up labels for up to 15 optional "government" field labels. The system requires a default unique label in each field prior to saving the screen.

You can choose to set up different labels on this screen independently, on a field-by-field basis, as desired. There is no requirement to add labels sequentially.

Field Description
Govt 1 to 15 Labels

Enter the label name that should display for the optional "government" data fields in Asset Master/Asset Template records.

If you do not define a different label, the system will display default labels (For example "Govt1Label") for these fields on the data entry screens and on this screen.
