Use this screen to print the Vendor COI & NDA Expiration Report for the selected range of subcontractor/vendor IDs, subcontract statuses, subcontract IDs, and contract IDs.

You can use this report to see the date a subcontractor's certificate of insurance (COI) expires. This report also lists expiration dates for non-disclose agreement (NDA) documents associated with subcontractors.

The report is automatically sorted by subcontractor/vendor ID, but you have an option to sort the data also by NDA expiration date or COI expiration date. Inactive subcontracts can be included in the report as well.
