Teaming Agreement Subtask

Use this subtask whenever you need to browse for, add, or launch teaming agreement documents from a network location, and associate them to vendors.

You can also use this subtask to add pertinent notes about the teaming agreement.

A teaming agreement is used when two or more companies (vendors) are combining resources to bid on a project.

The fields on this subtask are enabled and editable for both vendors and prospective vendors.

Field Description
Date Received Enter, or click to select, the teaming agreement receipt date.
Details Enter important details regarding the teaming agreement.
Expiration Date Enter, or click to select, the expiration date of the teaming agreement.
File Location

Enter, or click to select, the location of the teaming agreement document.

This is the alternate file location where the teaming agreement document is stored, and from where it will be retrieved. The location can be a network location or a content management location such as SharePoint.

File Name

Enter, or click to select, the file name of the teaming agreement document.

This is the file name of the actual teaming agreement document that is stored in the alternate file location.

View Document

Click this button to download the document.

When you click this button, a prompt that asks if you want to open or save the document displays.
