Contents

Field Description
Workflow Name

This field displays the currently selected workflow on the Manage Workflow Models screen.

Table Window

Use this table window to enter key identifiers for each in-progress case for this workflow. Use to add a new case label to this table window.

Field Description
Sequence

This field displays the order number in which the case labels of the workflow display within other workflow functions. This sequence is used throughout the in-progress workflow. Costpoint generates a value in this field when you add a new line to this table window.

Label

Use this field to enter, or use to select, the case label you want to use for this workflow. When a workflow is in-progress, the values associated with the case labels must uniquely identify each case of a workflow.

You can use case labels to filter the routing of activities and messages to inboxes (and email, if available). If you want to use the filters associated with the roles used in the workflow, you must add these filters as case labels.

You can use case labels to launch a Costpoint function with the workflow case data. If you want the Costpoint functions associated with this workflow's activities and options to be populated with the workflow case data, you must add the related case labels.

Note: You cannot delete the predefined case labels in a Costpoint triggers type of workflow.
