Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Contents of the Manage Location 3 Codes Screen

Use the fields and options to configure the Manage Location 3 Codes screen.

Field Description
Location 3 Code (or your label)

Enter a location 3 code. The codes that you establish for use with your asset records should be specific to your company requirements.

Location code labels are established on the Manage Asset Master Field Labels screen:

  • If you designate a different label for location 3 in the Location Labels for Asset Master group box of the Manage Asset Master Field Labels screen, your label for Location 3 automatically displays for this field.
  • If you did not set up a different label for location 3 on the Manage Asset Master Field Labels screen, the system-default label automatically displays.
Description

Enter a description for the Location 3 Code.
