Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Use the fields and options to configure the Manage Security User-Defined Labels screen.

Security Group UDEF

Field Description
Label 1-5

Use these fields to enter the label for the security group user-defined field. Leaving it blank will not display the label.

Date Field

Select this check box to indicate a date field.

Required

Select this check box to indicate a required field.

Part Export Control UDEF

Field Description

Use these fields to enter the label for the part export control user-defined field. Leaving it blank will not display the label.
