  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

How Do I Use the Project Classification Field?

Use the system-defined project classification to classify your projects into similar categories.  

The available Project Classifications include: Bid & Proposal, Common Inv, Direct Project, Indirect, Interco - Multi, Inter-Company, IR&D, and Work-in-Process. Most of these are used primarily for reporting purposes. The Revenue Summary Report and the Revenue Worksheet can be sorted by project classification.   

The Work-in-Process project classification produces special processing for projects that were assigned this classification. The Project Status Report is printed in a WIP format for these projects and the Create Cost of Goods Sold Entries process only selects projects for processing that have been assigned the WORK IN PROCESS Project Classification.
