Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Case Log Subtask

Use this subtask to view the detailed step history of the approval workflow model case.

Field Description
Iteration This column displays the iteration of the case.
Type This column displays the step type.
Name This column displays the step name.
Role This column displays the related approval role.
Completed By This column displays the User ID of the user who completed the step.
Step Status This column displays the status of the step.
Step Start Time This column displays the date and time the step was started.
Step Complete Time This column displays the date and time for when the step was completed
Escalate Time If the step was escalated, this column displays the date and time of the escalation.
Escalate Role This column displays the name of the role who received the escalated step.
Delegate Time If the step was delegated to another user, this column displays the date and time the step was delegated.
Delegate User This column displays the User ID of the delegate user.
Reject Code If a step was rejected with a reject code, this column displays the reject code.
Complete or Reject Notes This column displays the Complete or Reject Notes, if either was added to the step.

Activity Case Users If an Activity type step is selected in the Case Log, click this link to open the Activity Case Users subtask and view details of the approval role users for the step.
