Select the type of address you want to enter. The valid values are:

• Mailing: Select this option to enter your mailing address. This is the default.
• Home: Use this option to enter home address information (this should be the same home address that you reported to the IRS). If you select the Same Mailing and Home Address check box, "Home" will change to "Mailing," and "Home" will no longer display in the Type list.
• Office: Select this option to enter your work location.
• Temporary: Select this option to enter a non-permanent address.
• Overseas: Select this option to enter an out-of-the-country address.
• Other: Select this option to add any additional type of address that is not offered in the drop-down box.

Enter up to a 30-character, alphanumeric street address, line 1.

Enter up to a 30-character, alphanumeric street address, line 2.

Enter up to a 30-character, alphanumeric street address, line 3.

Enter up to 25 alphanumeric characters for the city.

Enter, or click to select, the state/province associated with the address entered/displayed on the screen. The valid values are the states/provinces set up in Costpoint for the selected country. If you change the country, State/Province will be refreshed.

Enter up to 10 alphanumeric characters for the postal code.

Select the country associated with the address entered/displayed on the screen. The valid values are the countries that are set up in Costpoint. If you change the country, the value on the State/Province field will be based on country selected.
