Expense Report Details Subtask

Use this subtask to enter and/or view expense report details associated with the Vendor Expense Report that was referenced.

You cannot edit this screen if the vendor expense information was generated via the auto-created process from Time & Expense or those that were manually entered on the Manage Subcontractor Invoices screen.

Field Description
Expense ID

Enter the ID for this expense. Initial value for this is the last Expense ID plus one. You can only edit this field if the invoice is not yet approved, or the value is not created by the Create Invoices process.

Expense Date

Enter, or click to select, the date for the incurred expense.

Expense Type

Enter the type of expense incurred.

Expense Description

Enter the description for the expense type.

Expense Amount

Enter the expense amount in terms of Transaction currency.

Transaction Currency

This field displays the currency associated with the expense amount.

Sales/VAT Tax Amount

Enter the Sales/VAT Tax amount for this report in terms of Transaction currency.

Sales/VAT Tax Code

This field displays the associated Sales/VAT Tax code for the expense report.

Total Amount

This field displays the sum of the Expense Amount and Sales/VAT Tax Amount.

VAT Recovery Amount

Enter the recoverable amount of the Sales/VAT Tax Amount associated with the expense ID that has the Sales/VAT Tax code.

You can only edit this field if the invoice is directly created from this Manage Purchase Order Vouchers screen.
