Contents of the Manage A/R Lien Waiver Information Screen

Use the fields and options to configure the Manage A/R Lien Waiver Information screen.

Project/Customer Information

Field Description
Project

Enter, or click to select, a valid project. The project name displays to the right of this field.

Customer Account

Enter, or click to select, a valid customer account. The customer account name displays to the right of this field.

Fill Table

Click this button to populate the Table Window with lien waiver information for the selected customer account and project.

Table Window

Field Description
Lien Number

This column displays the lien number of the selected customer account/project.

Lien Amount

This column displays the amount of the lien.

Lien Date

This column displays the date on which the lien was created.

Sent Date

Enter the date that you originally sent the lien waiver to the pay vendor.

Customer Account

This column displays the customer account.

Project

This column displays the project.

Address Code

This column displays the address code.

Final Waiver Flag

This column displays either Y (yes) or N (no). This column updates when the Print Lien Waivers is printed, but the value comes from the Print Final Waiver check box (for a specific customer) on the Manage A/R Project Waiver Information screen.
