Contents of the Manage Contract Management Roles Screen
Use the fields and options to configure the Manage Contract Management Roles screen.
Table Window
Use this table window to view contract management roles and specify which codes should be applicable to employees, customers, competitors, contacts, or subcontractors.
Field | Description |

Role Code |
This column displays the role codes that have the Contracts check box selected on the Manage Functional Roles screen. You cannot modify or delete these codes in Manage Contract Management Roles. |
Role Description | This column displays the description of each of the roles in Role Code. Values come from Manage Functional Roles and cannot be edited in Manage Contract Management Roles. |
Employee | Select this check box to make this role code available in the lookup of employee roles on various screens in the CRM & Contracts domain. Only those role codes that are available in the lookup can be used for new records on those screens. |
Customer | Select this check box to make this role code available in the lookup of customer roles on various screens in the CRM & Contracts domain. Only those role codes that are available in the lookup can be used for new records on those screens. |
Competitor | Select this check box to make this role code available in the lookup of the Role field on the Opportunity Teammates/Competitors subtask of the Manage Opportunities screen, if Competitor is selected in Teammate/Competitor on that subtask. Only those role codes that are available in the lookup can be used for new records on that subtask. |
Contact | Select this check box to make this role code available in the lookup of contact roles on various screens in the CRM & Contracts domain. Only those role codes that are available in the lookup can be used for new records on those screens. |
Subcontractor | Select this check box to make this role code available in the lookup of subcontractor roles on various screens in the CRM & Contracts domain. Only those role codes that are available in the lookup can be used for new records on those screens. |
Source | This field displays System (system-defined code) or User (user-defined code). Values come from Manage Functional Roles and cannot be modified. |
