Resources

You can use the Resources module to establish, modify, and/or view customer, vendor, and employee information used in the CRM & Contracts domain.

You can carry out the following tasks in the Resources module:
  • Provide the ability to create, maintain, and approve prospective customers and vendors. Prospects can be associated with opportunities. Upon approval, customers and vendors can be associated with contracts, subcontracts, and projects
  • Display employee information that can be used in determining employees who have the requirements necessary to work on potential opportunities and contracts
