Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Contents of the Manage Reporting Current Period Screen

Use the fields and options to configure the Manage Reporting Current Period screen.

Field Description
Update Mode Select a mode to update the current period:
  • AUTO - Select this option to set the current reporting period based on when the system date falls in. The End Date, Fiscal Year, Period, and Subperiod fields may not display the corresponding current period dates when AUTO is selected, but the application will consider the system date in report and dashboard creation.
  • MANUAL - Select this option to manually set the current reporting period by entering the End Date, Fiscal Year, Period, and Subperiod values on screen.
End Date Enter, or click to select, the end date for the current reporting period.
Fiscal Year Enter, or click to select, the fiscal year for the current reporting period.
Period Enter, or click to select, the period for the current reporting period.
Subperiod Enter, or click to select, the subperiod for the current reporting period.
