Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Certifications Subtask

Use this subtask to view certifications obtained by the employee.

Table Window

Field Description
Certification This field displays the certification obtained by the employee.
Professional Organization This field displays the professional organization that gave the certification.
Years This field displays the number of years the certification is active.
State/Province If the certification is specific to a particular state or province, this field displays the state or province where the certification was given.
License Number This field displays the license number given for the certification.
Expiration Date This field displays the date on which the certification expires.
Last Renewal Date This field displays the date on which the certification was last renewed.
