GSA Schedule Subtask

If the contract is classified as a General Services Administration (GSA) order, use this subtask to enter GSA schedule and special item number (SIN) that apply to the contract.

If you select Yes in the Is this a GSA Order? field on the Contract Info tab, you must provide the GSA schedule and SIN on this subtask.

Click New to add a new line.

Field Description
Schedule Enter, or click to select, the GSA schedule that applies to the contract. Valid values are only those that exist on the Manage GSA Schedule Codes screen. Codes that display in the lookup have the Show in Lookup check box selected in Manage GSA Schedule Codes. Only codes that are available in the lookup can be used for new records in Manage Contracts.
SIN Number/Description If you selected a value in Schedule, the special item number linked to that GSA schedule defaults in this field. Otherwise, enter, or click to select, the SIN for the GSA schedule selected.
Comments Enter comments about the GSA schedule.
