Contents of the Manage GSA Schedule Codes Screen

Use the fields and options to configure the Manage GSA Schedule Codes screen.

Table Window

Use this table window to view and/or enter GSA schedule codes. Click New to add a new line.

Field Description
Schedule

Enter a GSA schedule code that may be assigned to a contract or subcontract.

Once the code is assigned to a contract or subcontract, you will not be able to delete it on this screen.

SIN Number/Description Enter the Special Item Number (SIN) that corresponds to the GSA schedule code.
Show in Lookup

This check box is selected by default when you enter a new record. Keep it selected to display the GSA schedule code in the lookup of the Schedule field on the GSA Schedule subtask of the Manage Contracts screen, and in the lookup of the GSA Schedule field on the Manage Subcontracts screen. Only those codes that are available in the lookup can be used for new records in Manage Contracts and Manage Subcontracts.

If you clear this check box for a code that was already used in an existing record in Manage Contracts or Manage Subcontracts, you will still be able to save that record as long as you do not replace the GSA schedule code for that record.
