  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Print General Ledger Detail Report

Use this screen to generate the General Ledger Detail report and review detail postings to the general ledger for account/organization combinations. This report is a crucial tool for analyzing general ledger activity and balances.

Deltek recommends that you generate this report in full at the end of the fiscal year for use by accounting and management personnel, as well as independent and government auditors. You can also generate the General Ledger Detail report for all accounts at any other time during the year. However, due its large size, it is common practice to limit the report to the accounts you need to review at that time.

Note: You can apply organizational security to this screen. Use organizational security to grant or deny rights for individual users to view or update information for specific organizations. This report is a part of the audit trail. You should retain the reports you generate at the end of the fiscal year.
