  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

PLC Mapping Subtask

Use this subtask to map Project Labor Categories (PLCs) to each line.

You can enter data for a given project/CLIN in only one subtask, Accounts or PLC Mapping. If you manually upload data into both subtasks for a project/CLIN, the data in the PLC Mapping subtask is used and the data on the Accounts subtask is ignored.

This subtask is available only if the billing formula linked to the project is an LLR formula.  This enables you to match specific labor resources to a CLIN. The following are considered LLR formulas:

The account mapping looks like this:

Because you have already mapped accounts to C001.01.01/0002AB, no PLCs can be mapped to this project. You must delete the accounts mapping for project C001.01.01 and then create this mapping:

The codes in are taken from the BILL_LAB_CAT table. Because a wildcard option is allowed in the Project Level At and Below field on the CLIN Mapping subtask, may not display the correct PLC codes and descriptions by project.

This field displays the description of the PLC you selected, but you can modify it.
