Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Use this subtask of the Vendor Employees subtask to view information on the properties being issued to the vendor employee.

All fields are display-only and cannot be edited.

Work Assignment ID

This field displays the work assignment ID.

Work Assignment Description

This field displays the work assignment description.

Approval Status

This field displays the approval status of the work assignment.

Vendor

This field displays the vendor number to which the purchase order (PO) is issued.

PO ID

This field displays the PO ID.

Release

This field displays the release number for the PO.

Line

This field displays the charge line number.

Description

This field displays the description of the charge line item.

Approval Status

This field displays the approval status of the charge line.

PO Line

This field displays the PO line number.

Item

This field displays the code for the item being issued to the vendor employee.

Item Description

This field displays the item description.

Quantity

This field displays the number of items being issued.

Ownership

This indicates whether the item is Company Issued or Customer Furnished.

Issue Date

This field displays the date on which the item was issued to the vendor employee.

Return Date

This field displays the item return date, if applicable.

Warehouse

This field displays the name of the warehouse where the item originated.

Stock Number

This field displays the stock number for the item.

Asset No

This field displays the asset number associated with the item if the item is tracked within the Fixed Assets module.

Item No

This field displays the item number if the item is tracked within the Fixed Assets module.

Manufacturer ID

This field displays the ID of the manufacturer of the item if the item is tracked within the Fixed Assets module.

Manufacturer Name

This field displays the manufacturer name if the item is tracked within the Fixed Assets module.

Model No

This field displays the item model number if the item is tracked within the Fixed Assets module.

Serial No

This field displays the item serial number if the item is tracked within the Fixed Assets module.

Other

This field displays additional notes about the item being issued.
