  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Print Contract Backlog Report

Use this screen to print the Contract Backlog Report, which displays the percent complete funding values for the contracts in the selected range of prime contract numbers, contract vehicles, and contract types.

The contracts included in the report are also based on the contract statuses marked for inclusion on the Manage Contract Status screen. If the status in Manage Contract Status has the Include in Contract Backlog check box selected, contracts with that status will be included in the Contract Backlog Report.

You can print the report based on actual or target rates. Your Rate Type selection is used to display actual or target revenue and the percent complete value.

You can opt to use either the contract or funded values for the report using the Value Type drop-down list. The report includes a Remaining Value column, which is calculated as Contract Value or Funded Value less Total Target Revenue or Total Actual Revenue. You can use this information in determining how much money is left on each contract and whether action needs to be taken due to contract overruns.

Inactive contracts can be included in the report.
