  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Profits Subtask

Use this subtask to review the profit amounts by project.

Selection Criteria

Field Description
Rate Type

This non-editable field displays the rate type that was used to calculate the indirect costs for the project.

Fiscal Year

This non-editable field displays the fiscal year that you entered when you created the project report table.

Period

This non-editable field displays the period that you entered when you created the project report table.

Subperiod

This non-editable field displays the subperiod that you entered when you created the project report table.

Project

This non-editable field displays a project number for the project. The project name displays in the field to the right.

Organization

This non-editable field displays the owning or performing organization, depending on the selection made on the main screen.

Subperiod

This non-editable field displays the profit amount or percentage for the subperiod.

Subperiod Budget

This non-editable field displays the budgeted profit amount or profit percentage for the subperiod.

Subperiod Variance

This non-editable field displays the actual to budget variance for profit amount or profit percent for the subperiod.

Period

This non-editable field displays the profit amount or percentage for the period.

Period Budget

YTD

This non-editable field displays the profit amount or percentage on a year-to-date basis.

YTD Budget
