Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Prompts

Select the required prompts to run the Effective User Rights report.

Prompt Message

Description

Company

Select the company ID to include in the report.

Include Deactivated Users Choose whether to include deactivated users in the report.
Show Application Details for Module Choose whether to show the applications each user can access in a module.

Select User(s)

In the Keywords field, enter a portion of one or more user names or IDs to include only the selected users in the report.

To narrow the search, select an option in the Starts with any of these keywords drop-down list. If you search by name, use one of the Contains... options, rather than the Starts with... options. If applicable, click the right-arrow to move your selected results to Choices.

Select Module(s)

In the Keywords field, enter a portion of one or more modules to include only the selected modules in the report.

Select User Group(s)

Access Levels Select one or more access levels to display only the users who have the selected access.
