Contacts Subtask

Use the Contacts subtask on the Manage Accounts Receivable History screen to maintain contacts by invoice for the customer being invoiced.

Field Description
Invoice Number, Customer Account, and Customer Name

These non-editable fields display the invoice number, customer account, and customer name from the Manage Accounts Receivable History screen.

Table Window

Click to enter a new line.

Field Description
Contact ID

Enter a unique ID code for the contact that you want to add for this customer. When you print invoices or bills, you can then have the bill sent to this ID's attention.

For example, you can use a contact ID of "CONOFC" to identify the contracting officer for each customer.

First Name

Enter the first name of the contact.

Last Name

Enter the last name of the contact. The Contacts table is sorted by this field.

Phone

Enter the primary phone number for this contact.

Fax

Enter the fax number for this contact.

Other Phone

Enter any other phone number for this contact (for example, an alternate line or main switchboard).

Contact Title

Enter the title of this contact or any other reference information that you want to track.

Comments

Enter comments for this contact (for example, "check run 10th & 25th of month" or "if no ans. press 479.")

OK

Click OK to save the entries and close this screen.
