Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Contents of the Manage Currency ISO Codes Screen

Use the fields and options to configure the Manage Currency ISO Codes screen.

Table Window

Field Description
ISO Code

Enter the ISO Code.

Currency Formal Name

Enter the full name of the currency.

Obsolete

Select this check box to indicate that the currency is no longer in use.

Note: You can still use the currency in Costpoint even if it is tagged as Obsolete.
Replaced By ISO Code

If the currency has been replaced, enter the ISO code of the currency that replaced it.

This field is only enabled if you select the Obsolete check box.

Note: The Obsolete and Replaced By ISO Code fields are not automatically updated by Costpoint. These are just indicators for currencies that are being used or may have already been used in the past by your organization.
