  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Milestone Invoices for Approval Dashpart

The Milestone Invoices for Approval dashpart is a numerical table that displays the milestone bills for approval, their corresponding invoice amounts, and the project associated with them. The data on this dashpart comes from Costpoint.

Milestone (or percent complete) bills are used when billing a pre-determined percentage of the scheduled value when certain milestones have been reached for a project.

Milestone bills that display are only those bills that you have access to or those associated with projects (including lower-level projects) that are assigned to you.

Only milestone bills with a status of Unselected are included in the table. Those with a status of Selected are not displayed.

Lines are sorted by Invoice Amount in descending order. When lines exceed the dashpart view, use the scroll bar on the right side of the dashpart to scroll through the list.

Drill-Through

In the Project ID column, click a project ID link to open the Manage Milestone Percent Complete Bills screen, where you can view all milestone bills open at the transaction level of that project ID.

Note: Depending on your security rights, Costpoint may display a message indicating that you do not have access to a drill-through application. It is also possible that you have read-only access to this screen and, therefore, will not be able to change the status of the milestone invoice.
