  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Employee Detail Subtask for GLC Labor Summary Subtask

Use this subtask to view hours and amounts charged by employee to the selected GLC and subperiod.

You must create the Project Labor Summary Report table before viewing this subtask.

Selection Criteria

Field Description
Rate Type

This non-editable field displays the rate type that you selected in the main screen.

Fiscal Year

This non-editable field displays the fiscal year in which the table was created.

Period

This non-editable field displays the period in which the table was created.

Subperiod

This non-editable field displays the subperiod in which the table was created.

Project

This non-editable field displays a project number for the project. The project name displays in the field to the right.

Organization

This non-editable field displays the organization that the employee charged on the timesheet.

GLC

This non-editable field displays the General Labor Category that was charged on the timesheet.

GLC Description

This non-editable field displays the description of the GLC in the GLC field.

Hours

These non-editable fields display the subperiod, period, YTD, and ITD hours incurred for this GLC.

Amount

These non-editable fields display the subperiod, period, YTD, and ITD amount incurred for this GLC.

GLC Employee Detail Child

The table window displays employee hours and amounts charged to the GLC you selected. This information is displayed by subperiod, period, YTD, and ITD, as of the subperiod selected on the main screen. If you used the Vendor Labor subtask of the Manage Accounts Payable Vouchers screen or the Vendor Labor subtask of the Manage Purchase Order Vouchers screen to record vendor hours, they are reflected in these amounts as well. For clients with weekly subperiods and weekly timesheets, each row of this table reflects employee charges to the selected Project, Org, and GLC at the timesheet level. Labor Suppression is in effect for this screen. Hours and amounts incurred in the current year for the selected Project, Organization, and GLC are displayed at the bottom.

Field Description
Name

This non-editable field displays the employee name.

Subperiod Hours

This non-editable field displays the subperiod hours for this employee and GLC.

Subperiod Amount

This non-editable field displays the subperiod amount by employee and GLC.

Period Hours

This non-editable field displays the period hours for this employee and GLC.

Period Amount

This non-editable field displays the period amount by employee and GLC.

YTD Hours

This non-editable field displays the year-to-date hours for this employee and GLC.

YTD Amount

This non-editable field displays the year-to-date amount by employee and GLC.

ITD Hours

This non-editable field displays the inception-to-date hours for this employee and GLC.

ITD Amount

This non-editable field displays the inception-to-date amount by employee and GLC.
