Manage Customer Credit Limits

Use this screen to set up the different credit limits that you offer your customers.

When you set up customers on the Manage Customers screen, Credit Limit is a required field. You must enter credit limits on this screen before you set up the customer tables on the Manage Customers screen.

If your company does not use credit limits, enter a description of No Limit in the Credit Limit Description field, and enter all nines (for example, 99,999,999.99) in the Limit Amount field. You can then use this same credit limit for all customers.

Warning: You cannot delete a credit limit after it has been used in the customer tables. If you modify a description or a limit amount on this screen, it immediately affects all customers who have that limit.
