Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Supervisors Subtask

Use the Supervisors subtask of the Manage UDT01 screen to view supervisors for the selected UDT01 in supervisor name order.

If charge security is turned off for your security role, you can also add or delete supervisors for this UDT01. If charge security is turned on for your security role  and your functional role as a supervisor allows you to modify UDT01s, then you can add or delete supervisors for this UDT01.

Note: If your functional role as a supervisor does not allow you to modify accounts, the Add Supervisor and Delete Supervisor table functions are disabled.

Supervisors Table

Field Description
Supervisor Name

Click to select a supervisor record.

Supervisor ID

This non-editable column displays the supervisor ID for this UDT01 if your system is configured to show employee IDs. If the system is not configured to show employee IDs, the column will not display.

Function Click to select the functional role for the supervisor. The default value is a blank.

The available options are based on the functional roles you set up that are designated for C meaning Charges or B means Both - for both employee and charge type functional roles. The functions are listed in alphabetical order.
