Use this screen when you initialize Deltek Time & Expense or any time you need to configure functional roles.  

Functional roles are an important and flexible feature in Deltek Time & Expense. You can set up your own functional roles and assign rights as needed to supervisors. You can also use functional roles to direct workflow through the system.
