Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Proj Sub Parts Subtask

Use this subtask to view the current inventory information for any substitute parts for the selected part and project.

These fields display the values from the main screen.

This column displays the sequence of the substitute parts.

Substitute Type

This column displays the type of substitute for the selected part and project.

Substitute Part

This column displays the part for the substitute of the selected project.

Rev

This column displays the revision for the substitute part of the selected part or project.

Description

This column displays the description of the substitute.

U/M

This column displays the unit or measure of the substitute.

Status

This column displays the status of the substitute.

Inv Abbrev

This column displays the inventory abbreviation of the substitute.

Project

This column displays the project where the substitute belongs to.

Net Available Quantity

This column displays the net available quantity of the substitute part.

Current Available Quantity

This column displays the current available quantity of the substitute part.
